FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We recommend that all clients receive the full service at least twice per year. Think of it like going to the dentist, but more fun. You maintain your teeth at home, but need routine deep cleaning for optimal oral health. Same goes for the scalp.

    For clients with persistent scalp challenges, plan to come in with the change of each season.

  • Our products are safe for color-treated hair. If you have vivid colors like pink, blue, green, purple etc. we recommend booking a week or two before your next refresh session because the amount of water we use during the service could cause early fading with direct dyes.

    Book any scalp service at least 1 week before or after your color service to minimize sensitivity and risk of premature fading of color.

  • We cannot perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins, as these obstruct access to the scalp and pores.

    Guests with diseases or viruses relating to the skin and scalp. Guests with such should consult a medical professional.
