Stop Feeling Drained & Cultivate Resilience

With less down time than ever, energy work sessions carve out space for meaningful rest so you can tune into your own needs. With regular sessions you enter a lighter, calmer state of being—able to approach your life and relationships the best version of yourself.

  • We are not just our physical body. Energy work is a non-invasive, metaphysical practice aimed at balancing a person’s energy body (or fields) by channeling Universal Life Force Energy (also called Prana or Chi) to restore balance after injury—whether mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual. While not strictly identical to scientific light frequencies, these energies are often perceived as subtle, electromagnetic, and radiant forces similar to light in nature.

There are different cultural beliefs surrounding what the energetic body looks like and how to restore vitality, but generally practitioners use techniques like: visualization, deep breathing, sound instruments, hand motions, crystals, plants/essential oils, or light touch to manipulate energy.

Receiving energy healing on a regular basis facilitates natural healing, reduces stress, and contributes to your overall well-being by creating space to calm your nervous system and release emotions so they don’t remain stored in your physical, emotional, and subtle bodies.

Modern scientists are finally starting to explain what the ancients already knew—that our emotions, experiences, and environments can affect us on a cellular level for generations. Energy healing practices (when paired with the appropriate medical and mental health services for your needs) help to support and repair damage.

  • Energy work is a complementary service to mental and medical health services and should never replace licensed professional care. Please seek energy healing only after you have consulted with your medical provider about your condition.

Energy work might not be suitable for everyone: people with pacemakers, insulin pumps, and other electronic medical devices should get permission from their physician. If you are having a mental health crisis, try more physical and grounding practices like yoga or massage to compliment therapy. Wait until you are relatively stable to receive energy healing.

All that being said—energy healing can support and breathe life back into people that have been recently diagnosed with a chronic illness, those navigating grief and loss, trying to lose weight or break addictive patterns, and looking for healthy ways to cope with the everyday stresses of life.

Energy can also be sent to your pets, physical space, projects, and new beginnings to foster good vibes.

  • This totally depends on your circumstances. I’ll share my recommendations, but you should always trust your instincts.

If you’re going through a hard time, weekly sessions for a short period can be a massive help. Full sessions are recommended once per month for general self-care.

To facilitate either approach, I offer a discount for consecutive sessions.

A Cultural Ethics Note

Cultural context and tradition are very important to me, and I do my best to conduct myself with deep respect for the different traditions that shape my work. Drawing from my anthropology degree, I continue to study both modern and ancient philosophies about energy healing.

I want to make it clear that as a psychic, I use an intuitive approach that may combine wisdom from different cultures when appropriate for the client—but I am by no means trying to change traditions or pass them off as my own. I am always open to discussion about this, and self-evaluate often.
